I smothered him to make it hard for him to breathe, he turned to get out of that an turned into an armbar. He grabbed his wrist to stop the armbar, I waited for his arm to get tired, when I felt it unflex I cranked on the arm and he tapped.

I never once hit him. I had no intention of hurting him even though he wanted to hurt me. It was the high road for me.
