In an interview with Revolver, Ozzy Osbourne stated that he had offered to have Buckethead play guitar in his band at Ozzfest. Ozzy quickly changed his mind after meeting with him when Buckethead refused to go on stage without his disguise:

Yes he is very strange, but his skill are amazing.
I think he’s one of the best guitarist there is. He is so versital in be able to play anykind of music and isn’t limited to just playing fast, tapping, etc. He’s all over the neck, fast, slow just a little of everything. When I seen him in concert a few years ago I was blown away. His playing is so clean and very rarely miss’s or hits a wrong note. I would give just to have a 1/8th of his playing talent.

I still think this is one of the coolest things I have seen.
