You got to post a lot more pictures of the cage to see what all needs done. The floor needs through the floor subframes for starters though. Then you need two downbars from the back brace to the frame rails, kidney bar, X-bars, ect...ect...

The funny car cage is not legal either BTW. ;)

whats not legal about the funny car cage?You need two bars going around your head and two above your head. It's hard to explain but your appears to only have one going around your head from the pics. What do you think all the koth boys are running? naiser,thorton, pizzano,jones,wheat, all those guys use 3 kits every pass and don't hurt parts.
Two of the people listed I have their whole tune up's from pill size, fuel pressure, timming and delay. I ran one of their tune up's on someone elses car it worked very well.

Works on a small block too, remember one of those guys ran a small block for 3 years. ;)

The motor has the same amount of nitrous going through it if it has a auto or manuel. The only thing with the clutch is he could leave the line at 6,600 rpm and keep the motor in it's power band. It's all in the tune up and the compression hight of the pistons.

I have never had to much luck with plate/fogger combo's. All foggers is the way to go.
