It's a refurb and it cost $200 just to pick it up. Still not a bad deal, I guess.

I bought that TV about 1.5 years ago or so for $1100, brand new.

It's not even true 1080p, it was a wacky design by Toshiba. Basically, all sources are quasi-up-converted by the Talon engine. However, if you're trying to pass a native 1080p source, it won't work. This is also the TV series (62hm195/62hm196) that had huge lamp problems. I'd pass on that TV unless around $750.
