i was reading that other thread where everybodys fighting over travis having talent or not. so it got me thinking....i know a lot of people on here play guitar, bass, drums, ect. lets see some vidoes of your musical talent, doesent matter if its a cover or something you made up. just for the record, i just started playing guitar and have no musical talent

i'm with you. i started playing guitar like 5 years ago and i still suck ass at it.

i'll see if I can dig up some tracks from some jam sessions that a few of my buddies and I had this summer. Just spent a few days in my house playing music and not doing much else.

as to what I did with those CDs...too much pot between then and now :o I'll see if I can't find them though.

i've been playing bass for 10 years of my 18 year existence but i dont have any recordings in my dorm room here. i'll see if i can't scrounge something up. and yes, i play double bass (upright, bigass violin, etc) as well as guitar.

i'm not claiming to have any talent, but if anyone is vocally and lyrically inclined to lay something over these songs, let me know.

I used to do a lot of singing, was in the Texas Boys Choir as a teen, sang at a contest at DisneyWorld, multiple talent shows and church performances, about all I do now is karaoke when I get the chance..even won a couple of those challenge nights

Tried to hookup with a band about 7 years ago, but the "leader" of the band, who sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard, would never play a song the same way twice because he didn't want me to learn the lyrics, I said fuck it

Where was American Idol in 1997?

Me and Towar, from this forum are going to start jamming together. We don't live to far from each other out in the East Texas sticks. Should be interesting. I am a blues, Texas rock, late 60s-70s person and he is a 90s shredder.

My best two accomplishments musically are my years spent playing guitar and piano. Started learning piano at age 4 and guitar at age 8. The two go hand in hand together. I'd definitely say having the background in piano helped with playing guitar.

I'm gonna try and get some recording programs in the next few months so hopefully I can post up some stuff I've written eventually.

It's funny how many people claim to be experts when we have threads about other artists, yet many of those folks are nowhere to be found.

Don't own GH3 and haven't played it much, but I will own you on GH2 (unless you've already beat it on Expert, I can't get past Hangar 18  )

I've cleared 1 and 2 on expert, but gd 3 is hard.
