i need help

i need help my girlfriend has a 95 mustang convertable gt with electircal problems. if i am listening to the radio say radio station 93.3 and i roll down a window all the speakers pop really loud and the radio turns off. once i let go of the button the stereo is no longer on the fm setting it changes to cd mode. 2 windows got left down in the rain because my stupid friend forgot to roll up the passenger windows. the car wasnt flooded but it did get rainded in. that was about a month ago, it has been working fine since then until yesterday. dont tell me to check the flux cpacitor or ne crap like that i really need help. i have been told to take the door panels off and let it dry them out. but its not my car and i dont want to take it apart. help me please.

The speakers are popping because you let all of that rainded in. You need to remove the door panels and get that rainded out or it is going to get really bad. As far as why the radio switches to cd, I haven't a clue.

Sounds like the rain could have shorted out the entire wiring from your radio/cd player to your speakers....

You prob need to get a new deck and have it totally rewired....unfortunately.. :(
