I was just watching the reporter do a quick interview with the Texas Tech head coach as they were heading into the locker room, and just realized how much he reminds me of Forrest Gump when he talks. :p

yep, I was gonna say he probably has the highest I.Q. of any coach, NFL or college.
You can tell there is a fine line between genius and insanity with him.

by the way I am not an Tech fan, but great game today for the Techies. I was glad to see them win since they are a Big 12 team. That was probably one of the best bowl games so far.

Other than A&M, the Big 12 is cleaning up in the bowl games. Did anyone se the face of the Virginia coach when Tech had two TD's in about 2 minutes? :D Not many folks see Tech play during the season outside the Big 12, and I felt like they would sneak up and slap Virginia.

is that 3 years in a row they have had a dramatic come from behind victory in a bowl game?

I know they did last year, but I'm not sure about the year before. Once they got Crabtree in the "game", it was all over. I could tell it was coming, and I'm not even a Tech fan. I HAVE rooted for all Big 12 teams in the bowl games, as painful as it has been at times. ;)

last year they had the big comeback against Minnesota, year before that they got beat in the Cotton Bowl by Alabama.
