Citing sources inside the president's administration, Belkovsky claims that after eight years in power Putin has secretly accumulated more than $40bn (£20bn). The sum would make him Russia's - and Europe's - richest man.

Mine is just a gut feeling from observing him and his non-verbal communications compared to what he actually says. I just basicly don't trust him at all. Add that with Denny's notes and you get why I feel that way.

As for the Pope, I don't really know why I don't trust him. He just gives me odd thoughts when I try to figure him out. It's almost like every time I watch him speak my skin begins to crawl and whatnot.

I've agreed with everything this guy talks about as far as identifying the AC, but the fact that he doesn't think that Putin is. Most of his findings/research lead all back towards Putin. Look at the biblical referencing.

Who else can come from the North of Isreal with an army greater than theirs AND have the influence of most of the world at that time AND can have 10 nations with their backing AND pull off a treaty that'll put the rest of the world at peace with Israel?

This word is used only by the apostle John. Referring to false teachers, he says (1 John 2:18,22; 4:3; 2 John 1:7), "Even now are there many antichrists."

the "little horn" of the "king of fierce countenance" (Dan. 7:24-25; 8:23-25).

the "false Christs" spoken of by our Lord (Matt. 24:5, 23-24).

the "man of sin" described by Paul (2 Thess. 2:3-4, 8-10).

the "beast from the sea" (Rev. 13:1; 17:1-18).

Who else can come...

You know, I grew up being told that the Pope is the AntiChrist. In fact, the London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 officially makes it the position of the Baptist Church that the Pope is the AntiChrist.
http://www.fbcrh.org/doctrine.htm
Of course, that's been long since tossed to the wind.

I don't think Putin is the guy either.

But how does this sound? I keep thinking that it will be someone from Islam who will fill the shoes of the AntiChrist. Please discuss...

WHY DO GOOD THREADS COME ALONG WHEN I HAVE TO LEAVE?

Well, the prediction that Nostradamus made stated the 3rd Anti-christ will wear a blue robe. I think it mentioned some sort of headdress, but I'm not sure on that. Of course, Nostradamus isn't the greatest source, but I gathered the prediction seemed to be towards a middle eastern, possibly Islamic person.

It will be interesting in Russia next year. Putin is up against term limits so he can't run again in March (2 consecutive terms) but he could run again in 2012.

He did mention he would become Prime Minister, if choosen, if the United Russia party won in 2008 (his party).

All of person's beliefs derive from the same place, be it a religious topic, political topic, etc. Whatever their stances are based on, their foundation comes from one inner source. Laws, morals, punishments, etc... even "non-religious" people have a religion of some sort and it's what drives them to make ANY decision.

This inner root of all decision making and cognitive action is loosely referred to as the psyche. Some people refer to it as the soul, but for sake of discussion, we'll call it a psyche. Non-religious people lack a religion, and rely on themselves as an end, in and of themselves. They typically denounce religion as an institution, the religion they hold according to you, would be more accurately referred to as a psyche's sense of spirituality. Religion has absolutely nothing to do with this the psyche as a whole, lending nothing to one's immediate thoughts and actions. It is only when one conjures up a master-slave mentality enough to bring and accept as true a religion in their life that they draw on the spiritual side of the psyche (soul). This religion acts as a second-check on all of their daily activities, including but not limited to laws, morality, justice, virtue. These things are completely possible results of cognitive actions brought forth by humans, but none of them requires the presence of some type of god.

All that being said, you still didn't say how religion and politics are synonymous.

Ya, I'm thinking it's coming from there as well. Their structure is almost that of the old Jewish Sanhedrin, politically speaking, right before their collapse. They will soon be moving towards judging themselves from within. Once they get there, it'll be a no-brainer.

Nah, GW has a few mil squirreled away in CDs, mutual funds, US treasuries and a tree farm company.

The Bush Dynasty is probably the most successful political dynasty in American history. Prescott started the dynasty back in the early 1900s when he was a political advisor to Hoover.

But, Prescott married smart when he married Dorothy Walker. The Walker family was a widely connected family in banking and business.

GW's daddy continued in the process of marrying smart when he married Barbara.

Barbara's daddy was Marvin Pierce. Marvin was the President of the McCall Corporation (Redbook and McCall magazines).

Barbara was also a descendant of Franklin Pierce, the 14th President of the US (maternal grandfather of GW Bush.)

This concludes our worthless trivia portion of today. Thanks for reading.

I see that the writer of that piece has a little issue with the bible verses that suggest the antichrist will come from the middle east. Isaiah's prophecies refer to the antichrist as the "Assyrian" and "the king of Assyria" (The Assyrian Empire extended from Ur of Chaldes, up the Tigress-Euphrates valley toward Baghdad then across to the Mediterranean, taking in modern day Syria. So Assyria in the Bible included modern day Iraq and Syria). John speaks about the origin of the antichrist in Revelation 13, which ties into Daniel 7.
