WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Rep. Tom Tancredo is set to abandon his long-shot bid for the presidential nomination Thursday afternoon, a source close to the Colorado Republican told CNN.

I read that too.

He's out and now he's supporting Romney.

Kind of troubling if you read between the lines. We are at a point right now in this country that if you strongly oppose immigration, you are basically persona non grata. And the Republican party has figured this out to and thus you see change in language. A more conciliatory tone.

I think it sucks that this country no longer stands for anything of value. All situations are fluid and everything is for sale and open to compromise, including Patriotism.
