!!!!!!!!!!!!LAMB OF GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not. I never have understood "workout" music. All it does to me is make me lift faster, which really isn't worth shit. i mean, i listen to music when I workout (on the rare occasion) but I just put the Zune on shuffle and go with what pops up.

i have no clue. might be covered by warranty. talk to microsoft. unlike apple, they're not douches about repairs, generally speaking.

I've been using military cadence the last month or so since I started a routine. It's burned in my memory and can adjust like a musical metronome (sp?).
