That would be zoning, not building code. It should be on their website.

Make a phone call. I know here in FTW, front yard fences can't be over 4' and must be open design, but no chain link.

yes, tear down date is march 1st, they already bought a temporary house up the street to live in for the next 3 years + Am working on bids to renovate the temp house right now, cuz at 6 mil, its not move in ready :D
