How does one know what you have to furnish it?

Hopefully not a lot of stuff, 437 sq ft is tiny

i have a couch, fullsize bed, tv(the base is about 3 or 4 feet wide), a nighttable and a dresser. and yes i know it's tiny but it's all i need since it will be just me living there

When you say "full size bed" do you mean that literally? Full, as opposed to Queen / King?

What are the diminsions of your couch (width and depth)? I have Visio open but need to get the scale right.

yea i mean full size as in : twin, full, queen, king

not sure about the couch dimensions, just a regular 3 person couch. i'd say maybe 7 feet long and maybe 4 feet depth?

I would ditch the couch and get a love seat and chair (recliner).. Do you have a desk? I assumed a double with dresser..

Here is what I would shoot for. If you want some new stuff check Ikea, they have great solutions for small living spaces.. In fact, they have it all laid out and everything.

BTW.. I think Ikea's website has a room builder thing too where you can input the dimensions and get a 3d view.. Well, they do for kitchens anyhow.

damn that's a pimp ass picture!

well i would rather stick with the couch(it's being given to me for free :D ) and keep people away from sitting on my bed. i don't have ALOT of people at my house but i will prolly have maybe 3-4 of us there drinking on weekends and i would rather keep them away from my bed(i have a thing about people(besides the gf of course) being on my bed).

thank you again for the picture, it looks all proper and shit :p !

oh yea i dont have a desk or dining table, that's why i kinda considered the dining room as the tv area

The Dining are would be your best bet but will be difficult to fit the couch in.. I'll play around with it.

That dining room is just going to be very tight for a sitting room (6' deep just isn't enough).

Try these..

If you put your TV in the dining room you won't be able to see it from bed.. In some I put your dresser in the closet for some extra space. Get a cheap table for the dining room and you can bring the chairs into the living room when company is over.. Or you can put a fooseball table in the dining room too.. :D

WOW!!! since you don't do this for a living then you must really be bored :p :D

out of those 3 i like the first 2 since it will have my bed somewhat 'out of the way'

i can't wait to move into my place and now all these ideas are going and i'm getting all excited :o :D

too bad i have to wait till feb the 8th :(
