Couple people have shown interest in this, so I figured i'd throw in a date and time.

I called Elk Castle and verified that they will be open, also they stay open till 5pm so I believe we have plenty of time.

Find a walmart that is selling the blazer brass cheap, I picked up 5 boxes of .45 blazer brass for 9.xx a box at the walmart in Midland a few weeks ago.

Not to mention a LONG way out. But I'll still be there if I'm in town. I'll bring the wife
's 9mm and a couple of .45s. I'll also have some .22 pistols which are great for cheap practice.

What do they charge and how strict are they? I've never been there as I usually go to the Shooting Gallery in Ft. Worth.

They have 7 lanes. The usual indoor range rules apply. Load only at the firing line. No rapid fire. Double-taps ok. Etc. etc. If I remember right, they charge less than Winchester Gallery on the east side. I think it's like $13.50 per lane. Military and LEO get a discounted rate. They don't charge by the shooter. We can easily have 3 shooters per lane. I doubt we'll have more than 10 people show up anyway. The reason for going to this one is that they charge one rental fee and you can shoot as many guns as you want. Winchester Gallery will charge you one fee per gun you shoot. The idea here is for Skidmark to try out several guns before buying.
