well my x and i broke up about 2 months ago and i have been getting great strenght results from working out but it is really hard for me to gain size because i have a small build. i am considering doin a 10 week cycle of d ball. let me know what you guys think
any advice would help, thank-john

How long have you been working out? If not long I'd build your motor skills and get your body accustommed to your daily routine. Eat lots of clean food, up your protien, and maybe even load up on creatine for a month or two and then decide on the d-bal. In the meantime do your research as well, it's not as simpe as taking aspirin if you want safe solid gains and to keep them.

You can go quite a ways naturally, just keep at it and don't get discouraged.

d-bol will get you big, but you will not be ripped. It'll look like you gained weight

i know, but i am already cut(for mt size anyway)
i think i am goin to give myself another maonth of hard core lifting and my shakes and stuff and go from there

I wouldnt go 10 weeks with d-bol, D-bol is a 17aa steriod which means it has to pass through the liver

I would do 6 week max @ 50-100 mg everyday,and also take a liver protectant while your on it (milk thistile, ala, liv 52)

The d-bol is gonna bloat you up with water, but if you keep your diet right you could gain and keep a good 20 pounds

you can also take some clomid at the end of the cycle to help keep your gains
