i posted it in here to see if it could possibly be coming from the things i'm taking.

once a day, (usually the morning) - naNO Vapor (Muscletech)

twice a day - Mass-Tech

Once a day - Centrum Multivitamin

i no longer drink cokes or any other carbonated/flavored beverage. (i've been off this for about 1-2 weeks now, so i'm used to not having the caffine. )

i normally go to sleep before 11. (Sometimes earlier.) and i normally get up about 645. (but i'm dead tired when i wake up.)

i drink anywhere from 4-6 bottles of water a day. (plus the shake which is mixed with milk)

if anyone could see something i'm doing wrong, or suggest something for me, i'd appreciate it.

I as always tired so I had blood work done. Found out my natural B12 production was almost nonexistent. They had me on one B12 shot per week for a month and now I'm on monthly shots. It's hellped as long as I can keep from drinking too much alcohol. Alcohol kills your B12 and energy.

I wonder if it has to do with the NanoVapor....I have been on Black Powder for the last couple of months (basically the same thing) and have had the same issue.

I quit smoking, drinking, and caffeine and I have less energy now than I did before.....I wonder if hemodialators (sp?) have anything to do with lethargy??

i haven't quit smoking. :(

but still, for the first week i was on it, i was great.

not tired in the mornings, good energy throughout the day.

but now i'm about two weeks into it, and i'm f*%$ing tired all the time.

Your local fire dept will probably check it for free. We do. Just go after you wake up and dont eat or drink anything tell after they check it.

Im always real slow in the mornings. MY blood suger is always around 55-60 in the mornings and thats pretty low. After i eat it's fine.
May want to check it out since it runs in the family...
