Needing a Wii.....Game Stop Hookup?

Looking for a Nintendo Wii.......does anyone work for GameStop or somewhere that sells it?

they wont be able to "hook" you up at gamestop..that is the WORST place to try and get a Wii..there are usually 10-20 people in line an hour before the UPS driver arrives and they normally get like 5-10 max...do the math and your odds are fucked

Walmart is the BEST and easiest place to get one...they ALL arrive via UPS and i know in Arlington the first delivery is around 9-9:30 and if its not on that one than it comes around 10-11am...90% of their shipments have arived between 9-9:30 for the past week though...and they usualy last about an Hour before they sell out which is a lot better then the fuckin 10 minutes they last at Gamestop (and thats just because it takes them that long to ring them all up).

If you look on ebay you'll notice almost everyone selling one has a reciept from walmart because they get the most in at once and most idiots are lined up at gamestop/toys r us

edit: I can almost guarentee all walmarts are getting a shipment come monday :cool: call and bug the electronics department on sunday and see if you can have them verify this (they normally know)...i plan on hopping over to the walmart behind my work first thing monday morning to see if i can get one to sell to the nutcases on ebay

I actually went to a Gamestop today during my lunch and waited for their delivery. hey said they don't know how many they are expecting but average 2-3 per day. Of course when their order shows up today no wii's and I was the first person there waiting on one! :mad:

As stated above Walmarts are good about them, their stores are averaging about 10-12 per delivery. Find out when the nearest walmart to you gets their delivery and get there early. Many have different days

Unless if you work at a store that sells them and you're willing to risk losing your job holding one for him...you cant help him :rolleyes: Unless if you're just gonna pass him on to someone whose trying to sell one. NO ONE gets ANY shipments of Wii's in today or tomorrow...Unless if bestbuy/toys r us are doing that bullshit like they did last sunday and held them and made people line up outside for them before hand...(great marketing though)...Would also like to point out most companies are going to be getting the bundles from here on out, (great marketing on nintendos part), they wait till closer to xmas and release a bunch of expensive bundles that way they make more off everyone, and it will also kill the ebay effect going on now

thats probably one of the best places to go since you need a membership to get in...has to help reduce the number of people there to get one

entertainmart in arlington has a big sign out saying they will pay $350 for all wii's... So hell if you can get a hold of one you can make a quick $80 without ebay :p
