This is a semi-auto in 22 short.

Made in 22 short the first year of production: 1939.

Friend of mine picked it up and it is in excellent condition. Just a few scratches on stock. Shot it several times. Works perfect.

I looked on the online auctions and see them between 275 and 600 as offered prices.

Any idea how much these actually go for?

Around $400-500 in really good working order. These babies tend to run well or just jam up. If they run well then they are worth a few bucks to a collector, otherwise they are just a wall hanger.
