What that feelin in your lungs when you're done running in colder weather....it feels like you just took too big a rip off the bong :o I dont know why that came to me but it did when I was running

i've never hit a bong, but i HATE that feeling.
i haven't run since it got cold.
i need to run 8 miles tomorrow :/
