what are the best muscle groups to work out together? I been hitting the gym lately and Im starting to show some minimal gains but Im sure Im not working out the muscles I should be together.

How many days a week are you working out? On my 3-day schedule, i'm doing chest and biceps/triceps, legs, and then shoulders/back. Works for me :p

It depends on mission scheduleing, I'm in Iraq right now. Usually I get to the gym around4-5 times a week but then sometimes I dont get to go for a week.

I've been doing; chest, shoulders and back, bi's and tri's, legs

go (chest.triceps.forearms) (back, shoulders ,biceps )

IF I only have time for 3 days a week I work:

Chest and tri's

Back and Bi's

Shoulders and light tri's again

ANd I mix legs up all around
