My GF is going t buy me a gun for Xmas. :D I was just going to have her buy me a complete lower, and I will buy the complete upper. That way I get the gun I want; budget is about $300. I want one that has an adjustable stock.
I was looking at the AR0901CX RRA HERE (http://www.rockriverarms.com/item-detail.cfm?ID=AR0114RRA&storeid=1&image=lwrrcvr.gif&CFID=5061423&CFTOKEN=29944166), but I dont know how much better RRA is from other brands on gunbroker.com (http://gunbroker.com/Auction/SearchResults.asp?SearchResults.asp?SearchType=0&Keywords=ar%2D15&Cat=3024). Can someone guide me in the right direction?

Rock River, Stag Arms, etc are all good lowers to pick from.
I know right now CMMG has a bargian bin sale going right now. You could probably buy a good lower at a good price from them also.

Well if I don't really need to spend more on a RRA lower then I wont, so I spend some on accesories.

Wow I like those prices, and being local is a plus as well. Should I be worried that LSW (Lone Star Wholesale) assembled the RRA lowers?
Are there any other options I should get on the lower? Two stage trigger???

What is this about Wylde type lower? So it will take .223 and 5.56 bullets? How do I know which lower is what?
EDIT: Sorry I got the answer. Its the upper part I worry about. :o
Wylde is a chamber style, designed to be a good compromise between the 5.56 NATO chambers and the commercial .223 chambers. They're the same round, but military stuff is headspaced a little differently or something. I always heard .223 chambers were "tighter." You can buy any upper you want in any caliber you want, it'll drop right on a lower. R guns had some forged DPMS lowers for not much more than $200, and an FFL transfer fee + shipping should fit your budget. Good luck, man!

Where is a good place to buy a complete A4 upper? I want a varmint 20" barrel, but I can hold off on that, just a standard 16" barrel.

Armalite had a sale this weekend. Complete uppers for $350. They are sold out now.
Also try Pete at Legal Transfers. He has complete RRA M4 uppers for $425.
