where are they located at?

did you guys take Creatine while on this also? or does that kind of defeat the purpose?

I took creatine, and it does not defeat the purpose. The ALRi system is an adipose/lipid inhibitor and appetite suppressant.

Currently, like Greg, I am using Green Bulge by Controlled Labs.
