My guess would be because you overworked yourself, and actually injured yourself. And just like most recoveries...you feel ill during the process. But I am in no position to make a truly informed response.
I never feel sick after i work hard...only when i over work.

What's your diet? And what supplements?

its common to feel like throwing up a during or after a work out if you crank up the intensity because you are burning more Oxygen then your body is being provided.. as for the craps. i agree with ruff. thats diet related not lifting related.

If you meant cramps, try supplementing potassium and taurine.

I've tried everything. I've taken bulk potassium and taurine pills. I just deal with it.

So is this an un-advisable way to work out? I just started lifting again so Im thinking its gonna pass shortly. Im playing football this year and need to get a lot more stamina so I started hiting the weights hard(very short breaks in between reps). I worked out pretty hard last night and didnt feel near as bad as I did last week.

You puke because of the big spike of Amino acids your body releases.
