any sweat etc on your clothes? Drink any water etc?
wearing the exact same thing? I weigh myself in the morning wearing the same exact thing as the day before...that's how I monitor.
*hint water weight may have changed

Digital scale?

Mine can read off by 2 lbs everytime I step on...I usually reset it 2-3 times and see which one is more consistent lol.

stop eating snickers as energy bars when you run:)

I finally broke my weighing habit a couple years ago. Up until then I'd weigh daily, sometimes several times a day. I'll weigh a couple times a month now outta sheer curiosity.

I almost always come back weighting more after a run or a bike ride. But I drink a shit ton of water. I got my scale at target and last time I was at the doctors office it was the same as his was, although the B/F part is pretty inaccurate.

I weigh about once every 3-4 months, these days. The sad part is, no matter if I'm weighing because I feel out of shape, or to see how I've progressed, I'm ALWAYS between 204-206.

I eat snickers with almonds, so that's healthier. Also, I chalk up.

For reals, getting on the scale before and after you workout is pointless.
