I'm looking for some type of plan. If I have it on paper it's alot easier to follow...

History: I've always been bigger, it's just in my genes. I will never be skinny and I don't really want to be either. Since I started an Office job about a year ago it's just been killing me body wise, well that and I haven't been eating right or much exercise.

I'm 5'11, 230lbs, and a 38 waistline in the pants feel comfortable. I have my first stretchmark ever on my stomach and it's time I take action. Of course i'd like to see quick progress, but i know that's not going to happen.

My main goals are to be more lean...

I'm gonna start waking up earlier in the morning and doing an hour of cardio before work. Once I get off work i'm going to work with some weights.

I really need a diet and that's where i'm lost. Also do I need to be taking any kind of supps?

Only supp that really does anything is a multi and protein just eat 5-7 meals per day and try to eat as healthy as possible.

Stop drinking all soda's and sweet tea. If you must, drink only diet sodas and use sweet n low etc in tea. Stop eating fried foods. Stop eating chocolate, candy, brownies, Switch to turkey breast. grilled chicken, fish etc. Instead of french fries eat a baked potato, instead of mayo, use mustard. Eat oatmeal, or granola bars for breakfast instead of bacon, eggs, or fast food. Low fat popcorn is a good healthy snack. You don't have to starve yourself to drop weight, just make smarter choices when eating. I would recomend running 2 miles about 15 -20 mins, 3 times a week and lifting 1 hr, 3 times a week. Doing all of the above resulted in me dropping from 200 to 175 in very little time.
