Saw some CRAZY mofo's today.


Took 3rd place out of 15 in the 198 class! Im really happy with that. This was a national qualifier and there were many from out of state.

My bench sucked but my best lifts were...

S: 550 new best
B: 415
DL:578 new best

I was up agaist a 198 that broke the world record bench press with a 733lb bench! :eek:

Deadlift has been my strongest lift, i've put a lot of work into my squats in the past 3 months. My squat is still behind but im almost there...
