I just wanted to thanks Brooks once again for having a great event for us dfwstangers and that I had lots of fun even though my kill list is way incomplete,you guys who are fast and didn't show, you missed out getting your kills against me cause' I never got my tune and the car showed it! next time the car should be on it's very best! :cool:

and Mach1nut- we went 1-1 and we both got new best congrats once again Adam! :cool:

I started off with a race against aredish/maroonish late 90 stang that was fairly quick! I think it was the guy with the mach1 motor?
then i raced some white foxbody with ten holes
then a loss to mach1nut :(
then a win over a maroon foxbody GT
then a final win over Mach1nut to close the show for me!
so does anybody know who the cars were that I raced? which members were they? :cool:

Damn a cammed, LT, stalled Auto LS1 only doing 7.9's that is slow. SSlow01 ran a 7.70 on DR's stall and LT's.......... :D

with a baby solinoid and a 3750 car on 18''s that is..with a 150 shot no less,you ain't foolin' nobody here pinto bean! if your car weigh's 3750 then mine must weigh 4000lbs? :( there is no cam other then the stock one in my car? all it has is a stall,long tubes,true duals and a damn K&N filter but LS1's have to be tuned after every damn MOD you do to them :mad: their computers don't adapt like the 5.0's did or as versatile like the MOD motor's? :( the car never once made a full pass i shut it off one pass at about 1/2 track or so and still ran a 8.7 :eek:

Torque management is killing you Roy. You'll be amazed how much different it feels without it. Get rid of that, get your shift points adjusted, get some sticky tires and you'll see a 3-4 tenth improvement in your ET. Its that simple :)

1 Roys car is not CAMMED :rolleyes:
2 Roys car is untuned & the shift points are not even set. :rolleyes:
3 If Roys car is doing 7.9 untuned & letting out. Imagine when the car is tuned. :eek:

With is shifting correctly yes Matt may have gone 7.70's....He sure couldnt install a converter correctly though and with Roy's car in the condition the tune is in now I can see solid 7.5's when its all brought together before the spray at his current weight. ;)
