Starting a new thread to get a grasp on everyone's goals. Maybe it will help people to stick to them because they're out in the open (I know it will help me).

My main goal is to get back in the single digit BF% range. I would also like to increase my arm size slightly and stay around 185-190. I'm not too into numbers anymore because I learned really quick that it doesn't matter if you aren't competing...there's always someone (or alot of someones in my case) that are stronger. haha

As far as running: I would like to run a consistent 4.5 40yd...and be able to actually finish a mile :p

What goals does everyone else have as far as physical fitness are concerned?

Finish The white rock marathon in Dec. (Still not sure on this one, might have to settle on the half marathon) and go for the whole thing at a latter date.
70.3 Triathlon at the end of June and be competitive in the Clyde class.
Long term is to complete an Iron man. Just gonna have to wait for funding and to get in the shape I need to be in.

My goals for the meet this weekend are 525/450/600 @ 198lbs.

Then im going lay off the heavy stuff for maybe a week or so. :D

20x lbs range and 7 min miles...

just bulk up and get more defined. I'd rather just look a lil better, not concerned with moving 400+ lbs like some of these meatheads. :p

all you damn +400lb benchers make me jealous. I wish i wasn't built like a stick so i could get there someday...but i've been forced to pursue other goals in the mean time.

I have a new goal for December: to crush the 148 division in dead lift. I. Also, I would like both a 455lb squat and a 250lb bench press by December 31: the bench is gonna be a bit tougher with my rotator cuff damage :(

my rotator cuff is Fucked...... i was told i would never lift again and HAVE to get surgury.. doesnt stop me from putting up 5 :) SHUT UP AND BENCH

I put up 185 x 4 as my final set today without much pain, it's healing up OK. We shall see. :)

iirc there was a teen 148 that pulled ~500 at the apf state meet in houston back in april.

My last heavy day before the Texas Cup on Saturday. Totaled 1505 at about 95% today. I didnt go to failure on any lift.
