New best but a lil disappointed..

Previous best at redline was 7.81 @ 90.9

I used the same bottle with 3 1/8th mile runs. On the run at redline I was on nitto drag radials.

This time I was on et streets and was looking for some better 60ft times but didn't really get them.

It kept killing the ET streets off the line and it was down 1 mph in the 1/8th mile. I'm guessing just the tires were the difference in the mph but I was really hoping to get into the 11s. I'll go back in a couple weeks with some suspension mods and see if I can't crack the 7.6s.

Yea you need to work on those 60 ft times. i cut 1.6X's so that explains i better time. Mph we are about the same. 90-92 mph is where i usually run. Depends on the car, weather, boost, whether or not i'm pissed at the wife or not. I tend to beat the car more when i'm pissed at her. IN turn i go a bit faster each time lol

Yea we got one pass out of it. That elec water pump only caused us problems all weekend. my mph or et did not pick up any with it.

Weve run this setup for 10 months without a single problem. i change one minor thing to try and pick up a few hp and it only causes problems and does not make the car any quicker.

i ran a 12.29@112.44 with a 1.79 60. Previous best was a 12.22@112.xx with a 1.75 60 ft

Not with these tiny et streets and bone stock suspension including the front sway bar. 125 shot. I launched on motor then floored it after i got out some and thats how I got the 12.1 and it still trys to rip the et streets off the track.

I finally got into the 13's (13.99 @ 96 1.9 '60) and called it a day. I didn't want to chance breaking something and leaving my brother stranded in Ennis. Met Geronimo (Tom and Eddie), their car ran good but has lots left in in I think. mustangguy289, if my head wasn't up my ass all week I would have just asked you to bring that console to Ennis and I could have gotten it from you there, :( . You car looked and ran good BTW.

You need to get that nitrous gauge on the car already! No telling what the pressure was or how much was left in it since you raced with that same bottle the night before. I think you can get into the 11's with no prob! I didnt get what I wanted out of mine either so.......who wants to go next weekend!? I think some of the big boys will be out there running, so we will have the traction we need :D

Thanks but in my mind it didnt run good. Gave us problems the whole time. Managed one run. Battery kept going dead on us and a leak showed up.

Yup that was him. We were suppose to run but he had probs and I ran out of nitrous and you know the rest. I want to see the vid. Hopefully you have the vid of me spankin the 03 cobra. :D

it was nice to meet you guys... the car ran 11.80 on motor with the stock timing in it. it kept gettin faster each pass i made. then ran a 10.70 at 125 on the spray bouncing off the rev limiter thru the traps.

Yea, the fuel pump stopped pumping in the middle of the burnout. Thanks, most people hate the open header sound :cool:
