We went to Twin Peaks on 75 for the last one. The fight was awesome, and they turned every TV in the joint onto it. Had the sound cranked and everything. If you are just now reading this though you are probably too late.

Dan Henderson? If he drops down like expected. Other than that i can't think of anybody. Oh, and don't say that everyone on here thought Silvia would beat Vera, cause that would be just unthinkable lol

Anderson silva/Franklin fight looked like a replay from the 1st time they met. In a nut shell Rich ate alot of knees and got TKO'd. Brandon Vera broke his hand in round 1 and was pretty much useless against Tim Silvia.Tim won on the cards.

sylvia is the standup version of Koscheck.
Koscheck=blanket
Sylvia=curtain
I've never seen Vera in a boring fight until tonight. I hope they pair up Sylvia and Nogueira. I would love to see Sylvia get his arm snapped off or put to sleep. No way he beats Nog.
Shitty night of fights. I still can't believe they own the 2 biggest promotions in the world and they still give us fights like Gurgel-Robinson and Starnes-Belcher.
These guys should be fighting on the undercard or on free fights on spiketv. THe show in November doesnt look any better. Bisping-Evans as a main event??? you have to be kidding me..
They better sign Liddell-Silva in December. Dana owes us fans that fight.
I'm about to watch the unaired prelims, hopefully they are better than the other fights I saw tonight...
Oh and the only guys who will beat Anderson are Dan Henderson and Matt Lindland.

Lesnar. Anyone have a clip when they talked about him signing?

I didnt think Vera would do squat against big Timmay. Timmay is as boring as Sherk or Diego....just bigger.
Anderson destroying Franklin is not a surprise and he worked him like a ham sammich.

LOL. He is an effective fighter, but I wouldn't consider it greatness.

I wonder who he will fight? How much does he weight?

Lesnar is 265 I think, thats the most you can weigh in heavyweight, Timmy is efective but very boring. I get just about all the pay per views, but I refuse to buy one with the main event being two ultimate fighter spares.

LOL! He's an oaf, he just happens to be an oaf who wins fights. I can't discount his methods, but I doubt he'll go down in history as "One Of The Best", regardless of his record.
I'll tell you what he isn't - entertaining.
He's just another big guy who imposes his size on others. I wouldn't call him an exceptional fighter by any means. It's gonna take another big guy (Lesnar) to give him a beating. Vera got bullied into the fence, even if he hadn't broken his hand in the first round, I still think it would have ended up the same way.
I hope that Vera drop down to LH as he mentioned. That would add another very good fighter to the LH division.

Brock vs Tim would be an awesome fight. Brock is a hell of a wrestler and stronger than a fucking ox. Tim would NOT be able to bully him around the octagon like he did vera.

I believe his greatest assets are his ability to avoid hits/blocks and his knees. His blocking abilities are pretty damn good.

actually I believe his defense is fueled from back when he had the title, he carried that thing around with him everywhere ( airports, night clubs, restraunts, grocery stores ) and he would hold on to it as tight as he could for dear life.
