While fucking Brad Miller gets nothing. What the fuck is wrong with this? Sure, Miller didn't run half way across the court to smack someone but he pretty much instigated this whole thing

NBA suspends Mavs' Howard for two games
Forward punished for throwing elbow at Kings' Miller

NEW YORK - Josh Howard of the Dallas Mavericks was suspended two games without pay on Friday by the NBA for his involvement in an altercation with Sacramento Kings center Brad Miller.

The swingman will begin serving his suspension, which was announced by the league’s executive vice president of basketball operations Stu Jackson, when the Mavericks open the 2007-08 regular season against Cleveland on October 31.

The incident occurred with 7:01 remaining in the second period of the Mavericks’ 101-99 victory over the Kings on Tuesday at Pan American Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Howard escalated a situation involving Miller and Mavericks’ guard Devin Harris by running across the court, striking Miller in the back of the head with his forearm and pushing him in the back while engaging with other Kings’ players.

Howard, 27, started 69 games for the Mavericks last season and averaged 18.9 points per game.

Yeah, that sucks. I was hoping it'd only be a game, but 2 won't hurt anything.

Speaking of Mavs...they looked damn good tonight against the Pistons in their dress rehearsal for the season. Mavs were up by 38 at one point. Brandon Bass is looking pretty good. I bet he can help take up some slack while JHo is out.

I agree that he should also, but so should Brad Miller! What he did to Devin was just as bad!

Yeah, they looked VERY good! Better than last season infact....

-Dirk was taking it to the hole most of the time.
-Devin Harris was being aggressive, and he shot two threes.
-The team got alot of transition points, and alot of points in the paint.
-They played good defense
-Brandon Bass is amazing! How the Hornets let him get away is unbelievable
