I am totally a healthy eater... but that is not always convenient and I'm always looking for new healthy recipes or ideas that can be thrown together. Please post your favorite ideas/recipes that have helped you in your quest for fat loss and strength training. For example, Kashi GOLEAN cereal so high in protein....

Tuna and peanut butter.
Green apples and creamy, natural Smuckers peanut butter is better! Yummy! Seasoned tuna packets are also tasty on salad as opposed to having to cook chicken. Actually... they have salad kits in the deli section now that have dressing, meat, cheese, croutons... all you add is lettuce.

Which is fine if you have always have a fridge close by or a kitchen to grill in. Still not my idea of convenience.

Natural PB, and low jugar jelly. It's highly caloric, but plenty healthy for someone wanting to put on mass. PB is a good addition to shakes too.

That doesn't make high-calorie foods unhealthy. They just aren't appropriate in certain situations. :)
<--- eats low-fat PB every day

No, natural PB is just as fattening as the regular stuff, but without added sugar and preservatives. I compromise and buy the low(er) fat kind, cuz I'll burn off the sugar in the gym.

I am all about peanut butter. it's high in EFAs (as most nuts are) which are caloric, but nescessary. You can get away with murder on most strict diets because, contrary to popular belief, you need EFAs for normal bodily functions... if you're doing any serious weight training and cutting weight, better make sure you are getting your EFAs. Your body doesn't make them, and it will not be happy.
There are studies out there now that show fatty yummy delicious natural peanut butter may actually help you LOSE weight... I feel that they are going to trace it back to the body sensing something due to the EFA content that allows the metabolism to speed up. Obviously, peanut butter overload is going to defeat the purpose since you only use up so many calories in a day... but I work it in just about every day. :)

Well, I've never quantified the Fuck Level of peanut butter, but I am assuming from your enthusiasm that it is high. Continue eating the fuck out of it, and enjoy. :)

WHOLE WHEAT RITZ CRACKERS.
If they are anything like the original, they're made with an assload of butter. i.e. the bad kind of fat. better read the label before you get too excited.
