No, not really. Those are all older, cheaper games. Which version of the 360? Does it have the HDMI?

Right now at Costco, you can get for $399:

Brand new 360, with HDMI
2 wireless remotes
play-n-charge kit
Forza 2 and Marvel brand new

At any store, subtract the play-n-charge and extra wireless remote and it's $349.

Does it come with any warranty?

For that price, I'd say it's about $75-$100 too high, unless you must have all of those games...

I'd get the bundled system from Costco, then. You get the Costco Warranty, which is great:

2 wireless remotes
HDMI
Play-n-charge
2 games, one is pretty good (forza)

You could trade/sell those games and get the 2 you want and not be much over $400.
