Yeah raw, i've done it at 185, 190, and im sure i can do it now at 195. Being 5'11 doesnt help either.
I lifted my bodyweight 36 times last week. Something new i've been trying for speed training.

seriously.. if there wasnt chalk. i would be force to start taking HGH, Deca and Anabolin just to make up for the loss in strength...

the down side is chalk rages.. they are horrible.. some times im just sitting around and need to move something.. like the wife will say " honey. can you move the car".. and i will explode.. " WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE HAVE CHALK ON MY HANDS!!!! NO!!!! THAT MEANTS IM NOT MOVING SHIT!!"

I can't say yes because I haven't actually done it, but I'm pretty sure I could hit 430lbs for 1. I know for a fact that I could get back down to 200lbs and still hit 405, but the heavy bug has bitten. I'm gonna slowly up my calories through January or so, and aim for 440lbs+ at 220lb bodyweight, and then start cutting back down for summer again as it starts warming back up.

I have to admit, I was pretty stoked about hitting 4 plates for the first time on Saturday, but the ego has already faded. Though it'll be a while, I'm already thinking about 5 wheels. :o

if you are doing that with out some one DLing it off your chest. thats pretty good.


one thing i can tell you.. that its ALOT easier to Do 2xbw at a lighter weight.. no matter how you slice it.. 500+ at any body weight starts to get heavy..
at 245 i pushed up 485 for a ORM, but repping it is a whole differnt ball of wax..

no bouncing at all here i lift in some little competitions on base sometimes so i make sure i dont have that bad habit, im deployed and seen some really good gains since i got a good workout partner, i was only pushing 335-240 before i left, goal is 365 before i leave

I'm not into trying to lift heavy all of the time, but I want to start now. Bench days, I pyramid up to 225 x 5, and then back down to around 160. I am 5'6, 160lbs. I'd like to be able to increase the weight though, and I know I probably could, but I don't have a spotter all of the time which I know is holding me back. With that said, what ideal weights should I start at/peak at/end at for a heavy 1x week?

Never really done a one or two rep max. Wish i had a partner that would show up everyday. I'm sure I could see large gains with a spotter for every set.

I'm 6'3 215(LEAN) or so. Dont really do bench much though. Usaully workout out with 225-275 on incline....
