View Full Version : An ongoing summary of the ALRi Tri-Lean and locking down on my diet...

First of all, I'll start this by agreeing with others that I am having some WEIRD dreams! Also, the hyperdrive has destroyed my appetite. As long as I have a solid breakfast, I have to remind myself to eat 2nd meal and lunch! So far, it's going along quite well.

My diet has had a slight reduction in calories (2100 to 1800) and a stronger shift to protein.

I calipered in two times right at 12.00% the night I left the gym prior to starting the tri-lean system. I took this photo to poke at Adam a bit, but it shows me at the same percentage (12%) the day prior to beginning the product. My scale weight was 149.

Day 5: Today, right before I left the gym I calipered at the same points at 11.25% and 11.00%. My scale weight was 147.

In short, I dropped 1% of my body fat in a touch over 5 days. I am pretty hydrated in both of these pictures, since I took them shortly after getting home from the gym where I easily drink a half-gallon of water in addition to at least 24 more oz. with my creatine/whey protien/glutamine. When compared next to each other, there's less spare tire, more abdominal definition.

I will update the thread every so often until the end of the month. I don't see any problems getting into the low 8% or high 7% by November 1st :)

sounds like its working good. Have you noticed any increase in HR or any other side effects like that. Might have to try it out when I get down to 210 or so.

Nope. I am pretty resistant to stimulants... I have taken NO Xplode and gone to sleep an hour later. The Hyperdrive just curbs my appetite and puts a bit of an edge on my brain in the mornings, nothing more. I LOVE it for the appetite suppressant part. :)

I like it a lot so far! It's a ton of pills to take when combined with my vitamin/BCAAs/etc (I take 13 in the morning alone) so half the fun is keeping track of it all!

LOL, weird dude. :) No nightmares or anything, just very vivid and realisitic dreams that I wake up remembering like they happened. Being narcoleptic, I RARELY remember any dreams... Since I started this stack I remember everything like it happened in real life.

Greg: I am going for 405 on dead lift today. ;)

Well, how far did it come up before you dropped it. :D

I did some rack pulls today. I cant do much more than i can deadlift for some reason. I did pull 600 X 2 off the rack so that's good for me.
Did some speed training on bench also. Im trying for a 455lb bench on Monday.

slave driver made me do legs today, so I worked on front squat form. we did regular squats and for numbers: 10 x 145, 10 x 235, 6 x 235, 3 x 325, 3 x 345

I felt super weak, I didn't eat much today (forgot to bring my lunch like a dumbass) and halfway thru the workout I totally gassed. :(

Try the Revolution stack not the tri-lean stack.

LOL!!! Thanks, greg! I always know when I am doing well with a cut, because you think I look worse! :D

FWIW, I pulled 335 x 6, 365 x 4, then 385 x 2 on deadlift, and chased it with 6 x 335 and 3 x 355 on a 3" box. I am almost certain I can pull 415 for a ORM right now.

I might be getting lighter, but my numbers (and muscle weight) keep climbing ;)

10% for you is alot different than 10% for me then...haha. I guess that's the flaw with calipers.

The test we did was the Jackson/Pollock 7 point.

I feel it might be higher, but I need to be dunked. We shall see :)

Got down to a low 9% when the ALRI supplement was done.
