View Full Version : ? about using a pci/ethernet card
Was just a thought. Right now I have the old 2wire dsl modem which is hooked up to pc of course, but I also have a ps3 next to pc. Modem is a piece of shit for wireless, so I usually just swap cables. My ? is, if I get a pci/ethernet, will connecting the ps3 cable to it work. If so, probably gonna need help setting that up too.
Plug the Ethernet cord coming out of the modem into the ps3. And use wireless on the computer. Or get a router and have two!

if it is a 2wire there is 4 port hub on it. plug them both to the 2wire. or if you have the old blk and grey break it somehow and have ATT replace it for free with the new white 2wire.

Yea, I got the old one. Modem is a few years old. They only replace if it's within a year. Just don't want to spend $80. Oh well, guess I'll just stick with swapping out.

You can get a DSL modem with a built in router from linksys. I'd be 99% sure it would work with the ATT dslams.
