They are slow, take too long to work your order through, and will not place your order unless your address has been the same for the last 60 days what the fuck is that. Fraud? If I had enough ability to call my fucking credit card company and change my address and you're able to verify it with the credit card company, then you need to place my order. I put in the order early friday, they just now pulled the item to be shipped ON WED, and its the day they call to tell me oh sup ur address has been changed. but to OP, i share your distaste. once i knew that i had a complicated technical question. i told the rep to put me through to a sales rep who was "good with computers". i could tell by his response that he only wished he was, but wanted me to think that he was. so needless to say i got the wrong item which now they will not even exchange. so yeah, they are fucking incompetent retards with a shit return policy.

I must say that I am surprised this is the case. I used to use tigerdirect all the time, but that was when I was at an APO. I HAVE noticed their prices no longer appear to be all that great compared to any other competitor out there. Also, half the time they don't have anything that is worth a crap when I'm looking for something.
