That's about right. I was doing 360 at 405 shirted.
I havent maxed out without the shirt in a while. I never get shoulder pain when i use the shirt.

let me clarify: raw bench doesn't matter to a powerlifter that competes in feds with chirts.

I weigh 268 but Im 6'3.5. I have a buddy, Alan Borden, in the power lifting circuit who knows the Inzer guy real well,maybe thats my loop hole. 6 weeks ago I got 465 raw, after sniffing some ammonia caps., which is still new to me...

I have a single ply Rage. The Rage X is better though.
My next shirt will be a Single Ply Phenom or a single ply Katana.

Have you smelled it before? I makes your body go into "what the fuck mode" and releases adrenaline to compensate. Only for a very short period of time though.
I used it at my meet but not at LA Fitness. haha.
The smelling salts are even worse.

Kinda... I have done ammonia a couple times before some dead lifts and it definitely perked me up, helped me focus. It does nore to clear up your sinuses with a quickness, more air to the brain, better response, etc.

so at 200.. you max 385?:) how about we met at 260 and and se who can raw bench more? no drugs.. no "special adatives".. i have to lose as much as you have to gain weight wise...:)

haha, nice. I really dont ever want to be 260. I do plan on my bench to keep going up though...
Deadlift is my best lift though if you want average the two. :)

since i cant DL because of my back.. thts your out:) i do know at 235 i could raw 505 3 times..
that was the 2nd time in my life i had ever DLed:) and i was sqautting 600+
BTW what do you DL raw?

I did 580 last week. I plan on pulling 600 in 3 weeks at my next meet. That's raw too.

That's probably more than i can do. I may try some raw lifts today since one of my training bands broke.
Funny thing is you cant just put on a shirt and get 50lbs out of it. It takes practice, some change in form, and a little pain. Some cant do it a give up. You must be one with shirt to master it. :D

i dont BB bench.. i tuck my elbows and bring it to the base of my chest.. its not a true PL bench.. but its 50/50.. you should come out to my gym one day:) we can have a bench off. your shirt Vs my jew unit shirt:) and you can show me the right form for PL shirted bench

I dont even bench like a powerlifter. I still have my elbows flared out. I have a beginner shirt that allows for that. You still have to get use to the shirt though. It has a groove...
I do all my training on my own. I would like someone that knows what they're doing to help me with form but i havent ran across anyone yet. I've tried to do what i see in videos but i doesnt feal right and i dont know if im even doing it right. I've been powerlifting for a around a year now so i've made some awsome progress, it's time to find a crew if i want to get serious.

You gotta do what keeps you motivated. Assisted lifts definitely have their place in powerlifting, and I respect those who choose to master the techniqe, but I really have no desire to try it. Then again, I hit the gym for my own' personal satisfaction, if I were competing that fram of mind would most certainly change.

funny you say that, i just talked to Sean on Friday. I was going to lift with them on Monday for Squat/Dead day but i really fucked up my knee on Fri. night so i didnt go yesterday. I was playing B-Ball like a stupidass. I should have never played. I may not be able to do my meet if i cant squat.

Some of the bad attitude guys take their gym name a little too seriously. They are strong and all, Ray was the first time I saw a 1000 lb squat in person, but some of them can be pricks and I'm not the only person that thinks so.

the only ones i know are ray, phil and sean and all 3 seems good.. i butted heads with " raging bull" or what ever the fuck that guys name was because im not dumb enough to get under 800lbs squat with a herniated disk. and because i care about my raw numbers not my numbers with 16 super tight sheets of denim wrapped around me.
