Need detailer

Hi all...

Not sure when it happened, but the brand new Black GT has a case of the swirls. Tried otc stuff, no luck. I'm guessing it's low quality microfibers. I'll eventually I get a PC and pads, etc., but as it is I just need a quick fix. A complete detail isn't need, just the swirls removed.

1) Suggestions for a good detailer?
2) What kind of cost (roughly) am I looking at?
