That doesnt happen in any of the movies mentioned...

Soldier... Kurt Russell is matched againts the newest geneticaly altered super soldiers and is thought to be dead, gets dumped on planet that serves as a land fill, and ends up facing the same soldiers to defend the village from attack.

Demolition Man... Stallone is a cop blamed for killing hostages during an assault on Simon Pheonix's compound, and is frozen and awakened in the future to face Pheonix, who has been released in order to kill Edgar Friendly.

Tango & Cash... Two city cops that have countless arrrests which are costing the Big Crime boss too much money, so he frames them and has them arrested and sent to prison, of course they escape and prove themselves inocent while killing the bad guys.

Still dont know what the original poster is talking about. The only one similar to that is The One w/ Jet Lee

He escapes and gets back to the city and clears his name by killing the bad guy and exsposing the plot to re-open the program to use clones as police officers.

it has to be no escape which was also made in 1994

he walks right up to his commanding officer in teh beginning of the movie and blows his head off. gets sent to this island and befriends winston from the ghost busters, kills the bad guys.

I think the movie is called "Escape, You Don't Have It" containing the hilarious comedy trifecta of Steve Guttenberg, Bo Jackson, and Kurt Thomas (of Gymkata fame).
