Based on the two mentioned so far I'm assuming R&R here is Rock & Roll and not Rest & Relaxation.

It depends on my mood, as not all rock is the same... I could give you a list of probably 10-15 "Best rock & roll songs" that rotate through my head.

freebird rocks, but i have a hard time picking just one skynard song as the "best".. i love ballad of curtis lowe for different reasons than sweet home alabama and freebird, but they're all equally fucking awesome in my opinion.

Anyone of any age with good taste in music would put CREAM in the top 10. Call me a throw back. But please, don't hit your head too hard, it might knock some musical sense into that thick nogen. ;)
