Gotta be straight up 2pm then. Mav's play at 4:30pm and I'd like to hit up a Hooter's to watch it.

If anyone wants to, we can meet up at my place (spring creek/ Preston) and caravan over. PM me for directions.

And I think the nearest Hooters is 15th street and 75 in Plano. Right?

Sounds good to me about meeting up. I need to double check there calendar, I'm almost certain that they are not having an IPDA event or anything like that on that day.

Plano Hooter's is the closest one and a good choice ;)

Anybody interested in checking out IPDA??

The IPDA is the weekend after we plan to go shooting. I am very interested in shooting an IPDA match, they have the link on the range site, it only cost like $20 to shoot it the first time.

I gotta see how long of a drive it is though;) , but I should be up in Coppell anyways, as I probably have to work this weekend.

Sat is forecast as cloudy, Sunday is when the rain falls. Maybe. I hope we can dodge it, this event has been postponed enough. :D

It's a bit of a drive dude, I've probably got it as bad as you seeing that you are from GP. But I've been by there a few times (just driving by) and it's really accessible and looks really nice.

I'll be there around 3 if I have to work, if I don't have to work, I'll probably be in San Antonio for a Frat. function.

I'm getting a chance of rain around 30 percent for Saturday, so as of now I'm pretty sure everything is still a go.

I will be bringing:

-Savage 10FP rifle in .308 (I need to re-sight it, last time I shot 10 rounds and NONE hit the paper)
-Beretta 92FC in 9mm
-Smith.Wesson revolver in .357
-Smith.Wesson revolver in .38 special

Anyone else bringing multiples?

If anyone wants to fire one of the ones I listed above, just buy some ammo and have some fun.

As always when I let someone borrow one of these, gun safety is paramount. If you are unsafe, you aren't getting near any of them or me.

Who's bringing the beer? LOL! JK!

As a point of clarification, we're meeting at the range at 2! :)

I'll have what he's bringing, and
Kel-Tec 32 (32 Cal)
and a 22 Woodchucker Rifle. (Armadillo Killer)

Oh yeah and the Glock!

Is anyone making the run to cheaper than dirt Friday/Sat?

Can I shoot my muzzle loader there? I've got an 1861 Rifle Musket (.68cal) I haven't shot in a few years. It's a real crowd pleaser !

Black powder shouldn't be a problem at all. All ranges I think allow it, but just require you to remain seperate from the other shooters for safety reasons.
