Mavs re-sign Devin Harris to a 5 year extension.

Are you nuts? He's got talent by the truckload. He's one of the only consistent performers for them. When Dirk and Terry can't hit shit, Harris does. Dude's no showstopper, but he's a quiet constant performer. You don't hear his name tossed around a lot, but you should pay attention to his stats. ;)

I didnt watch too many mavs games last year. But the games I did see he didnt play all that good. But he could turn into one of the best pg in the NBA. I hope he does. :)

Hell Im still pissed from last year playoffs. Seemed no one had heart during that series. If they dont win the championship this year I dont think they will ever win one. :mad:

I didnt watch too many mavs games last year. Then how do you have an opinion? Watch the guy play. He's incredible at getting to the rim, and if he keeps working on his mid-range jumper, and passing decisions he'll be a great PG. Gotta help to have Avery to get him on the right path.

It's not going to do any good if they don't unleash the man and let him develop. I'm guessing though, that they plan to or they wouldn't have resigned him for 5 more years, that and that they never went after an "inside man".

Yeah. He takes it to the hole regurally and can get 20 points in a game while only using a jumpshot once or twice. Can you imagine how well he'd do if he could get his jump shot down, and maybe even shooting threes? But again, if they don't give him more playing time and let the offense run through him, none of this will matter very much.

look at his turnovers. So what he played good against a scrub golden state team when they got out coached. the guy is a chump and he's not a team leader like the mavs need.
