moral of the story, don't try to piss people off when you can't back it up. It's a dumbass thing to fight over but he knew wtf he was doing wearing that shirt.

i see people with sooner shirts on all of the time, and i don't feel the need for physical violence... that's not even remotely acceptable.

First, it's a very stupid thing to do to wear a UT shirt right in the heart of OU territory.

Second, this is stupid.

"Beckett, a 53-year-old church deacon, federal auditor and former Army combat veteran, has pleaded not guilty."

This guy proves that wisdom does not come with age. He should get the book thrown at him for his stupidity.

If you went down to 6th Street in Austin with an OU shirt you would ahve one fo two things happen. 1. you would end up in a fight and possibly get felt up on by one of UT's gay students 2. you simply would be hit on by one of UT's students versus being hit by one, LOL.

thats just stupid no matter who was wearing what in a given 'territory'...

people who literally get in fights over sports are just plain dumb.

lol... i doubt anybody on here would actually get into a fight over banter.

i just see this as the most incredibly stupid act of fandom ever. seriously... to physically threaten or actually harm someone over a college t-shirt or banter??

That 77-0 beating A&M took in 2003 from the Sooners, and you're dogging the Longhorns ???

I wore a Ricky Willaims UT jersey back in 1998 in a mall in Grand Island, Nebraska during x-mas break while visiting my grandma who lives there. And i will be the first that will tell you, every man women and child looked like they wanted to put me on a spit, and rip me limb from limb. i stood out like a sore thumb too cause everybody in the mall was wearing red and im in burnt orange. but i will honestly say the people ended up being very nice. Im both a Nebraska and Texas fan, but if it comes down to it im a bigger Husker fan over the other. Way more tradition, plus there football program means the world to the whole state, ask anybody thats been, shit its all they have. to bad there coach sucks though

How the fuck do you get in a fight - and your balls end up outside your pants, half hanging off?

Only in Oklahomo...
