Figured we might as well have a thread for anyone looking for help on who to play in that #3 RB spot or whatever it may be. Here's what I need help with. Post up your thoughts or what you are trying to decide between. Thanks.

League #1 plays 2 RB's, 2 WR's, and 2 flex (RB/WR and TE/WR). I'm looking for the 3rd RB between: DeAngelo Williams (@ St. Louis) or Fred Taylor (vs. Tenn). Leaning towards Williams.

League #2 WR/TE flex spot. I have Hasselbeck as QB. Choice is either DJ Hackett (vs. Tampa) or Bo Scaife (@ JAX). I'm leaning towards Scaife because VY throws so many balls to the TE. TIA

Here's one for ya:

Who do I start this week? I know who I'm starting throughout the restof the season, but David Garrard and Vince Young are playing today. Vince didn't have a very good season against Jax last year. Should I stick with Vince or start Garrard, who actually did pretty well last year?

DeAngelo Williams isn't the starter in Carolina and will see a handful of touches. Fred Taylor is still the man in Jacksonville and will see a majority of the carries.

You'll have to wait on your second one because Holmgren isn't going to release the name of his #2 WR until gametime. It could be Hackett or it could be Burleson. You know Bo Sciafe is going to get targeted by VY so I guess it depends on if you want to go with the risk or stay with something you already know is there.

Neither have that great of WR's.

Garrard had a good first game against Tennessee, but his second was horrible. Overall he had 4 TD's to 3 INT's against them as well as a fumble.

Call me a VY homer all you want, but I'd start him over Garrard any day.

Thanks. I like the chances of Scaife catching a TD better than Hackett, so I'll probably go that way. VY does like to throw to his tight end a lot as well. Taylor is the starter, and I hadn't thought about it that way. I was just looking at the fact that Williams is supposed to get several touches and be a threat to catch the ball. Thanks.

N/P.

People were drafting DeAngelo Williams high like crazy, but he isn't even the starter and might get 30-35% of the carries, if that. If you have Foster then Williams is a great pickup as a handcuff just in case Foster gets hurt, but Williams as one of your starters is a wasted roster spot.

The chances of VY going to Scaife are pretty high because he's such a big target, especially in the Red-Zone.

Man, it didn't matter which way you went with those guys because they all had crappy days.

Yeah, I played Taylor and he sucked. Williams had a few more points, but not a big day either. Scaife did nothing. As a matter of fact, none of my guys really did anything. Between my two teams, I have RB's of Westbrook, Maroney, Williams, Taylor, Leon Washington, and Michael Turner on Team 1 and Addai, Jones-Drew, Barber, M. Bell, and some other scrub. You'd think I could put up some points between those combos, but oh well. To make it worse, I had Lee Evans on one team as well. Time to get ready for next week.
