Got a quick question. I just bought a new truck(new to me anyway) with the 6.0. I love it and haven't had and hopefully won't have any problems with it. I have, unfortunately, heard of people having problems with headgaskets taking a poop. If this happens(and I'm still under warranty at the time) would you do the repairs if I supplied Cometic headgaskets and studs (instead of bolts). I don't want anyone to have to do this job twice so I'd be glad to pay out of pocket for the extra parts.

Just curious.

Thanks

Doug

Bob Tomes in Mckinney installed my headstuds when my heads warped. Good luck

Headstuds are a pain in the ass on a 6.0. Try torque some of those back studs to 245 ft.lbs. with the cab still on, no bueno.
