Rumor has it that the announcement will be made at UFC 75. Multifight deal for $1.8 mil per fight. Apparently he can still compete in Sambo, I think that's what was taking so long.

I wonder if he gets an immediate title shot or they give him a tune up fight?

They have been right about a lot of stuff in the past. They were the first to break the news about UFC being on Spike and the purchase of Pride. Also the Gracie vs. Hughes fight and them signing Cro Cop are a few more.

CBSSports.com: You confirmed during the UFC 75 conference call that you would be meeting with Fedor on Thursday. How did that meeting go?

Dana White: It didn't go well.

Q: Can you elaborate a little bit?

DW: I don't like to talk about contract negotiations with the public. but it didn't go well. These guys are crazy.

I saw that too. I guess we'll see Saturday. I hope they came to an agreement, it could bring some more excitement to the HW division.

That's what I'm saying. I hope BSF is right anyways. The UFC have spent some big money bringing in guys for the HW div. that didn't do so well. Cro cop came in and got his head kicked off. Nog didn't look so good against Herring, and Herring loses to everybody.

Very true. On another website, I clearly posted that CroCop getting KO'd the way he did ruined Dana Whites night. He was expecting CroCop to blow through the competition but the Fertitta Brothers were let down that night.

I still feel like Shogun isnt going to do that well in the UFC. Im sure some will disagree or go with the name calling, but I just dont feel like he's going to dominate the LHW division like the die hard PRIDE fans think he will.

but I still think Fedor has signed...

All signs point to it...

1. Signed an Affliction deal
2. Will be there with Randy for Affliction
3. Was mentioned and shown on Countdown to UFC 75 (remember when they started mentioning Nog by name and bam, he was signed)
4. Fedor videos disappearing off youtube and dailymotion. My Fedor HL on DM disappeared.
