I thought I was going to have Nick detail my newly accuired Mustang but I had to pay more for it then I thought. So now I'm going to try and save some money by doing it myself. I'm just wondering where I can get my hands on some good supplies. I don't think Autozone or O'rielly's is going to have what I need.

I know the car needs to be buffed. It has some slight oxidation, and some pretty good swirl marks. I've used a product in the past by 3M called Finesse-it, but I don't know if they even make it anymore. Anyway I've heard Meguire's has a good three stage product but I'm not for sure.

So is there a place anywhere that carries a good amount of products to choose from?

Meguire's products can be purchased at just about any parts store.

The biggest investment that will be worth your while will be a Porter Cable Dual Action polisher and the foam polishing pads to go with it.

This kit right here would be sweet.

I have an extra porter cable 7424 new in box, never opened if you'd like to buy it.
