Well got the tranny in and some good tires. Ran a 7.70 at the Dale the other night. Still doing some tweeking on the computer but not bad i thought for 85 degree weather. Time to get a bottom end and turn up the boost :D

Fucker why you gotta bring me into this? :p Yeah my slow pos has a best of 7.9 @ 87. It's been like learning to drive it all over again. I need to do some suspension work to get the damn thing to hook. Haven't had a 60' better than 1.72 yet. It should have some 7.7s in it the next time I get to the track.

But don't forget he has cams, my heads are completely stock, though I am running 2 more lbs of boost, he still makes about 20 more hourses. :(

I went to smiley's racing and got some G60-16 ( 10.5 X 26.5" )Hoosier dirt track tires. $88 a piece and they hook like crazy. Alot cheaper and they hook great. Blown_03GT what boost are you running and do you have a built bottom end?
