Well the last bill that the dems drew up with the 3.5% in it they included a bunch of other bull shit in there that they know would get the bill vetoed. They did that because they were trying to get republicans mad at Bush for vetoing a bill giving the military a bigger pay raise. That pay raise only gives me about $70 more per month...

You only get COLA if your home station is overseas, so I don't care about COLA. I don't care about BAH because I live om base. This 3.5% raise is better than the 2% we have been getting.
