anybody shoot airguns?

If so Just wondering where you go to shoot them... I live with homes all around and the gun is pretty damn loud. I could go out to a random feild but then again wouldnt want someone freakin out that I have a rifle out and about... Just thought the range would be overkill but maybe not... too bad I cant just rig up a silencer on the damn thing.

Stay away from silencers unless you jump through the proper hoops. The BATFE generally considers a silencer a silencer, period.

Sounds crazy, but if you are just plinking, you can buy or fabricate a pellet trap and shoot it in your garage.... Use safety glasses just in case, but my Dad made a 1/4 plate trap in our garage when I was a kid ('70s)and we shot .22 shorts through his old Winchester 72 out there all the time... In Burleson during the 80's and 90's we'd take our limit of Dove in my parents back yard with pellet guns all the time....
